1. Services •

Perez Allphase Cleaning LLC provides professional exterior cleaning services including pressure washing, soft washing, roof cleaning, concrete cleaning, paver restoration, window cleaning, solar panel cleaning, and  exterior cleanup. All services are performed based on the scope agreed upon in the written estimate 

2. Estimates & Pricing •

All estimates are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection. Pricing may be adjusted if additional surface contamination, staining, or construction debris is discovered. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated 

3. Scheduling & Cancellations • 

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Perez Allphase Cleaning reserves the right to reschedule services due to weather, unsafe conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Payment Terms •

 Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. For commercial or builder partnerships, payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement or invoice. Late payments may be subject to additional fees. 

5. Liability • 

While we use professional-grade equipment and industry-standard cleaning methods, Perez Allphase Cleaning is not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose materials, oxidation, or structural issues that become visible after cleaning. Stain removal results may vary depending on surface condition and stain age .

6. Property Access & Utilities • 

Customers are responsible for providing clear access to work areas and access to water and/ or power when required.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee & Service Standards•

Perez Allphase Cleaning LLC is committed to delivering high-quality workmanship and professional service. If a concern arises, it must be reported within 48 hours of service completion so we may evaluate and address it when reasonable.While we strive for the best possible results, certain stains, oxidation, efflorescence, rust, oil penetration, or pre-existing surface damage may not be fully removable. Results may vary depending on surface condition, material type, and age.

 Our satisfaction guarantee applies to the agreed scope of work and does not extend to conditions beyond our control or unrealistic expectation
